SIM cards are made for young fingers. the little drawers in the side of mobiles are made for young fingers. Passwords before and after inserting said card (that I had to travel for 6 km, on foot and by bus, to nearest mobile phone shop open on a Monday) are the work of people sitting at desks with little regard for how people are supposed to manage. The password they sent me had a 30 minute use by time. No way in the world was I going to be able to get online in a large shopping centre ... etc etc. Too hard basket. Now to get my money back.
Ah yes. The "too hard" friendships. I have a couple of those but rather than abandoning them I put them into an occasional pile. Then there is the "way too hard" pile. These are people whose variance from me results in my swift retreat. Too hard tasks, however, I often relish.
